Friday Jan. 21 WOD

Rest Day WOD:

"Rock and Suck"



Today you need to bring 2 exercises for the WOD.  Choose something you ROCK at (or are good at) and something that you SUCK at (or need to work on).  The format will be posted on Friday.  You will need to sign up for a time slot at the gym.  This way we will have all of the equipment and time available to work on your skills.

Times: 6 am, 7 am, 12:30, 1:00, 4, 4:30, 5, 5:30, 6, 6:30, 7
