Weighted Pull-ups

for max weight

AND   /   OR

1 mile run for time

AND   /    OR

CrossFit Leg Day

3 rounds for time:

   100 feet walking lunges

   50 squats

   25 back extensions

  3. Managed 65 lbs on weighted pullups, and Finished CrossFit Leg Day in 9:00......What a SMOKER!!!!! My legs are still rubbery!
