Move 460 lb. of rubber plates 100 feet. (4x45, 4x35, 4x25, 4x10)

"Cliffhanger" Move around the pull-up bar station by hanging, climbing, or whatever.

400 m. run

200 m. Tire Roll

400 m. run

50 GHD sit-ups

800 m. run

* This totals 2 miles of running.  If you are training for a race, double the runs.
