New Schedule!!!

CHANGE OF SCHEDULE:

We will now be open 7 days a week!! 

Monday - Friday:

6-7:30 am:  
Come in at anytime and do the WOD or open gym or a Fundamental class.  You do not have to be here on the hour.  Just come on in and we will get you set up with whatever workout you want to do.  
7:30 am:  WOD
There are a number of people that work nights and/or do shift work that have requested a 7:30 am time slot.  So this is a time for you to workout with a group.

Saturday:
Todd will be teaching the 11 am WOD and 12 pm open gym.  He will be incorporating some gymnastic WODs into Saturday classes.

Sunday: 9 am and 10 am
Tyson will be teaching a class that includes power/strength lifts, mobility, stretching and a WOD.
