Team wod: You can either pair up with a buddy or we 


will partner you with someone.  You choose!



***Person A will be working for time while Person B will 


be working for reps. Then you will change jobs. 



A. row 1000m

B. sit-ups



A. run 800m


B. push-ups




A. 6 ladder lengths


B. ring dips





This will be scored by dividing your total time by your


total reps.
