Ball Sprint: Pick up medicine ball (20/15) and run 300ft. (3 times around cones)

Box jump obstacle - 3 times around

30 Tire flips

bear crawl: 3 times around mat

shuttle run:  3 rounds of- Sprint from one line to the other, touch the line, and return to start.
