2009 Games WOD: Final event ... The Chipper
"The chipper format is a classic CF structure. You have a large number of tasks that you complete in order. They are designed so that you fatigue in one task, you switch up the demands and keep going. There is a cumulative effect of course, but the variety allows for incredible metabolic demand. The variety also becomes an equalizer. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, and when the workout has ten elements, both are likely to be featured. The final event of the 2009 Games was exactly that!"

20 box jumps m: 24", w: 18"
12 muscle ups for men, 8 muscle ups for women
20 pushpress / push jerk m: 30 lb dumbells, w: 20 lb dumbells
20 double unders
12 thrusters m: 95, w: 65
20 pull-ups
20 burpees
200' overhead walking lunge m: 25 lb, w: 15 lb plate
