Twelve Days of Crossfit
WOD, done for time, just like the lyrics of the song! Round 1= 1 snatch, Round 2=2cleans, 1 snatch...etc. until all 12 rounds are completed! Thank you Tyra for sending us this WOD!!! This will be a great way to start our holiday weekend!
1 snatch
2 cleans
3 thrusters
4 burpees
5 pull-ups
6 walking lunges
7 ab mat sit-ups
8 kettlebell swings -53/35
9 box jumps - 24/18
10 wall balls - 20/14
11 double unders
1200m. run
* You will have one bar for the wod. So your weight will need to be doable for the snatch, cleans and thrusters.
