Wednesday, Dec. 14 WOD: Obstacle Day

PAUL'S BIRTHDAY OBSTACLE DAY!!


For time:
3 rope climbs
30 tire flips
30 sledgehammer hits   (each arm)
30 ring rows   (feet at same height as rings, chest touches rings)
30 walking lunges   (each leg)
30 battle rope   (Both arms must pull at same time to overhead position into power squat stance for each rep.)
6 ladder lengths   (3 on right leg, 3 on left leg)

  1. Mountain climbing or Rock climbing may be a dangerous activity, but with the help of proper training and good mountain climbing gear your risk can be minimized to a great extent.
