Monday, Jan. 9 WOD: OHS
This week we will be doing some baseline skill testing. We will do these for the warm-ups. We divided the skills over 4 days. You will partner up with someone to count for you and time you. At the end of the month we will retest the skills. You can do the skills in any order that you want. If you aren't there some of the days, you can do them when you are here!
SKILLS TEST COMPONENTS:
1. 1 mile run for time
2. strict pull-ups with out coming off of bar
3. 1 minute handstand push-ups
