Tuesday, Feb. 28 WOD: clean, bench, ohs max


Clean, 1 rep

Bench press, 1 rep

Overhead squat, 1 rep


Today we will find your max on the clean (power or squat), bench press, and OHS.  

We will do this workout with the same format as CF TOTAL.  You will warm-up a lift and then have 3 chances to get your max weight.  Then you will go on to the other lifts.
