Monday, 3-19 WOD: LYNNE

"Lynne"


Five rounds for max reps of:


Body weight bench press
Pull-ups



*This is NOT a timed WOD.  You will have as much time as you need between your rounds and the exercises.  Once you put the barbell down for the bench-press or come off the bar for your pull-ups you count stops. You score is your total amount of reps for all 5 rounds.
