Friday, 4-4 WOD: Good Friday WOD

Craig found this WOD for us!  The WOD represents 14 stations of the Cross with the 3 times Jesus fell to the ground.


14 rounds for time: barbell weight: m-95 w-65


10 deadlifts
10 squat cleans
10 push-press


Between each round complete:
50 ft walking lunges with barbell on back, walk back to starting point.


Barbell does NOT touch the ground until rounds 3,7,9


After rounds 3, 7, 9:
7 Turkish Get-ups with KB( 53/35)
