Monday 5-14 WOD:


Complete the following every minute for as long as possible:

15 Double-unders

1 clean and jerk  

Begin with 95/65 pounds and add 10 pounds each minute (or scale as needed). The workout is finished when you cannot complete the clean and jerk 
within the minute.  The clean can be full squat or power.
