This is a 15 minute AMRAP. You will have 15 minutes to get as many rounds of the 4 holds as possible.
You will partner up for this WOD. One person will have a timer, the other one will do the WOD. The individual timer will be for keeping track of the 30 seconds that you need to hold each exercise for. If you come out of the hold, the timer stops. You must continue with that exercise until the 30 second is up. When you have reached your 30 seconds of the 1st exercise, then you move on to the 2nd exercise. Restart the timer. Etc.
15 minute amrap:
30 seconds of each:
handstand hold
squat hold
L sit hold
chin over bar hold
