Tuesday 6-12 WOD: Partner Obstacle Day

FATHER'S DAY PARTNER OBSTACLE DAY!  


So even if you aren't a father, we have a fun partner obstacle day planned in honor of all of those fathers out there!  Bring your father, kid, or a friend that's a father figure!  We will scale as needed!


60 double-unders each (or 180 singles) 
- Only one person can be jumping at a time.


50 calories of rowing total (25 each
-Only one person can be on the rower at a time.


40 box jumps 24/20
-You will alternate jumping.


30 walking lunges each 
-Only 1 person can be lunging at a time and you will alternate.


20 dips each
-Only one person can dip at a time.


10 toes to bar
-Only one person can be working at a time.
