Part 2


12 minute AMRAP of:


10 KB clean and jerk (left hand)
15 KB swings
10 KB clean and jerk (right hand)
15 KB high-pulls (under chin)


men: 53 lb / 1.5 pood
women: 35 lb / 1 pood
