This Friday Joshua and I are going to a CF Affiliate Owners meeting in Fort Lauderdale, FL. I big thank you goes out to Corey, Mickey, Steve, and Stuart for covering for us so we don't have to cancel many classes.
The only changes in the schedule will be:
Friday: There will not be a 7pm WOD, open gym, or Fundamental class. The doors will lock at 7:15 pm. NO FUNDAMENTALS 6:30 am or 7pm on Friday.
Steve will be running a 9am class on Saturday and Sunday!
The CrossFit gym is only to be used during official hours and when there is a trainer there. It is not open to workout when other programs are taking place (yoga, jiu-jitsu, kickboxing) and there is not an already scheduled CF class.
August 18-19:
Steve, Stuart, Andrea, and Ruby will be competing in the Garage Games event: Rumble by the River in Columbus, Georgia. There is still time to sign up if you want to compete individually or as a team! If you are interested in a road trip to go cheer them on, let us know! Joshua and I will be going!
