Saturday, 9/15

We have decided to have our BRING A FRIEND DAY at the gym this week instead of the park.  Please invite anyone that you would like to come wod with us!

-10 Deadlifts,  275/165 lb (Masters and scaled 165/105 lb)
-15 Chest to bar Pull ups (Masters and scaled- regular pull ups)
-20 Wall ball 20/14 lb (Masters and scaled 14/10 lb)
