Saturday, 9/8

*Meet at 9 am at the Augusta Aquatics Center!  
*Bring $4 cash for adults, $2 cash for students, $3 for seniors.
*Bring 2 towels.  One for the wod, and one to dry off with! 
*We have lanes on one side of the pool reserved.  We will share lanes: swim down on one side, back on the other. 
*Kids are welcome!  We will have them swim a little first, then we will wod and they will count rounds for you.  Then we will let them back in!! Look at website for details on kids.  
*Before and after the wod, Joshua and I would love to work with anyone on their strokes.  We both were competitive swimmers.  I coached a swim team and taught lessons to kids 2 years to adult!  (His nickname in Jiu-jitsu is FOCA it means seal in Portuguese. LOL

SWIM WOD:
15 min. AMRAP:
*25 meter swim
*10 sit-ups (bring a thick towel)
*25 meter swim
*15 bw squats

LAND WOD:
15 min. AMRAP:
*25 meter walking lunges
*10 sit-ups
*25 meter bear crawl
*15 bw squats
