Obstacle Day:
-Push sled 75ft and pull it back x2
-Run 400m
-OH Walking Lunges 150ft, 45/25lb
-Row 400m
-Virtual shovel 15 reps on each arm, 45/25lb
-Run 400m
-Pick up Atlas Stone 5 reps on each shoulder
-Row 400m
