Tuesday, Feb. 7 WOD: Partner Obstacle Day


This is a two person WOD. You will start together and finish together.  Both team members should be working and running together at the same time.  We will try to partner you with someone that runs about the same pace.  Steve made this WOD up to mimic some of the obstacles that will be at the Garage Games Competition this weekend.

For time:
     1 mile run
       40 Box jumps 24/18- They split the reps

     800m run
       30 Partner burpee jump overs- split reps

     400m run
       30 tire flips- split reps

     1 mile run
       20 kettle bell swings per team member 55/35
