                                 Butt down, eyes forward...



                          Deadlift past your knees and then EXPLODE!



                         Jerk it above your head with locked out arms.



                                  Throw it down and celebrate!!!

  1. Check out CrossFit Integrity's site! They did "Hearts for Jeremy" on Monday also! CFI had a fundraiser on Saturday for Jeremy and raised $3200. So far we have raised $1100! Thank you for your support!!
