Saturday, 5-5 WOD: 3-4:30 only!


Steve will be coaching the Saturday WOD!

Complete Three rounds of One minute at each station, rest One minute between rounds.

Wall Ball- 10Ft. Target 20/14
Sumo Deadlift high pull  75/55
Box jumps 24"
Push Press  75/55
GHD sit-ups

Scoring: One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where each calorie is one point.
