Monday 6-11 WOD: BEAR COMPLEX

THE BEAR COMPLEX


5 rounds of the 7 sets for  max weight:


7 sets of the sequence:


power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
push press


*You can rest between rounds as needed.  
*You are not to put the weight down during the round, only when the round of 7 sets of the sequence is completed.  
*Your score is the heaviest weight that you can complete all 7 sets with.
